RowASeat1: Describe your personal style.
RowASeat1: What’s your profession? How long have you been in retail?
DR: A buyer, merchandisers, marketer, but not a stylist. I’ve been in the industry since 1989. I haven’t accomplished all my goals so I’m still here.
RowASeat1: Tell me about a typical day for you at LDRS?
DR: Meetings with our designer and staff, phone calls with vendors, working on our next hat launch, talking to our PR guy about five times throughout the day, and making sure the sales team is being productive.
RowASeat1: How did you get into this job?
DR: I got the job due to the relationship I have with Corey.
RowASeat1: What’s your average client like?
DR: The Cool kids from ages 16-25 is our core client. They’re definitely fashionable, a Leader not a follower. #LeadNeverFollow
RowASeat1: Name the most popular brand/trends amongst your clients.
DR: Leaders, Nike sportswear, Brand Jordan, Zanerobe.
RowASeat1: Who are your favorite designers?
DR: The Gap, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Ferragamo.
RowASeat1: What’s on your wish list?
DR: To teach kids about this industry, and to own my own brewery and/or bar.
